Hello. I am extremely unhappy with you guys. I said to cancel my service at the beginning of august before my service had to be renewed. ANd you still billed me. And then i got billed september. I need 30 dollars back. Or I will dispute the charges with american express. My name is Brandon Winningham ITSBMW@ITSBMW.NET is my email. Please sort this out. And actually read support tickets?

You have posted this a few times. The ONLY way to cancel is to create a support ticket. Post your support ticket # and maybe then they can find it and do what needs to be done. Reposting doesnt make it go any faster.

Um... I have sent in 3 support tickets none of which have a response. AT ALL.
ID's :
FHJ-801099 From august 3rd. No response
ZEV-183770 from august 5th. No response
DBX-728119 from september 24th. No response

I give you until tonight to have it cancelled And refunded or I'm disputing charges. No one can cry about me getting mad over this. it has been almost 2 months since my initial ticket for the cancel.
